A caccia di fake news (PCTO Summer Camp 2026)

A 45-minute seminar in Italian for secondary-school students taking part in the University of Udine’s PCTO Summer Camp in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.

The session introduced misinformation and fact-checking, followed by a practical demonstration of natural language inference (NLI) in Google Colab. Students explored how a model compares a claim with evidence, distinguishing entailment, contradiction, and neutral evidence, and discussed the limits of automated support for fact-checking.
